The goal of the folder structures is to keep projects and assets organized so that other team members may find what they're looking for quickly. The structure tree defined below is more of a guide on the thought process of how we think about organization rather than an exactly prescribed method.
When starting a new project, feel free to copy and paste the project template folder if it makes sense. Alternatively, you may also modify the structure if the structure doesn't make sense. Having a construction administration folder may not be useful in something like a quick logo design (or maybe it will, use your best judgement).
Projects using the following convention: Project Number - Project Name. Completed projects are placed in the archive.

In addition to a Dropbox server, we use Google Drive to store our presentations. Google is free to use and we use it for all over our presentation documents due to its ability to share things easily and collaborate in real time.
